Job Description

 

The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a Luggage Associate to deliver exceptional service by ensuring our guests' luggage is handled with the utmost care and efficiency. Providing seamless support, anticipating guest needs, and delivering outstanding service with a warm and welcoming attitude. You will collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and contributing to the hotel’s reputation for excellence. This role is due to start in July 2025.

Key responsibilities:

  • Expertly handle and transport guest luggage with the utmost care, ensuring timely delivery to guest rooms and storage areas.
  • Proactively assist guests with their luggage during check-in, check-out, and at any other required times, always exceeding their expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain the luggage storage to ensure it is clean, organised, and secure, providing efficient access when needed.
  • Effectively manage guest requests, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Collaborate effortlessly with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless service and a unified guest experience.
