Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Event Sales Team
• Assist in the preparation of event proposals and banquet event orders
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of events
• Prepare, compile and distribute regular reports
• Perform ad hoc assignments as delegated by supervisors
  
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or a related discipline 
• Courteous, service-oriented, and possessing a pleasant personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Experience in sales administrative duties within a luxury hotel environment is an advantage
