Role

We are currently looking for a Night In Room Dining Waiter to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Night In Room Dining Waiters are appointed to provide our resident guests with a dining experience within the privacy and comfort of their room. The night shift usually starts at 10:30pm and finishes at 7:00am.


Key expectations of this role are
  • Delivering all aspects of the in-room dining experience according to Rosewood standards.
  • Delivering and setting up amenities in rooms and public areas.
  • Having a thorough knowledge of all products offered by Butler and In Room Dining and the hotel.
  • Ensuring for appropriate mise en place to be in place for the day shift.

  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
  • Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
  • Having a passion for guest service as well as food and drinks.
  • Being able to communicate clearly and effectively.
