Job Description

The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

Accurate and efficient payroll is at the heart of how we look after our associates. We are seeking a Payroll Analyst (Part Time) to ensure the precise and timely processing of the payroll, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies with the highest level of confidentiality. This role is for someone who thrives on attention to detail, ensures accuracy in every payroll cycle, and supports the seamless flow of payroll information across departments, all while upholding our commitment to operational excellence and associate satisfaction. This role is due to start in May 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all associates, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Review timesheets, attendance records, and any changes to pay (overtime, commissions, deductions, TRONC, etc.) to guarantee accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Champion the payroll system, ensuring all associate information is up to date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies promptly and professionally, ensuring associates are supported and any concerns are addressed efficiently.

·       Ensure adherence to HMRC payroll regulations, including PAYE, NI, RTI, NMW, Statutory Payments, and Pensions, ensuring full compliance at all times.

  • You’re well versed in all aspects of payroll regulations and compliance, and are committed to ensuring the highest standards are maintained.  
  • You work well under pressure and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, always maintaining trust and integrity in your role.
  • You’re a strong communicator, collaborating effectively to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
