  • パーソナルバー商品の在庫を管理、追跡し、毎日のワークシートに記入し、ユニフォーカスを介してゲストアカウントに計上する。
  • すべての備品が適切に整備され、正常に作動していることを確認する。
  • パーソナルバーの保管庫および客室内の製品が期限切れでないことを確認し、適切な手順に従い、期限切れ前に必要な製品を取り出して交換する。
  • すべてのパーソナル・バー製品の適切なローテーションを確認し、常にプロセスに従ってロスを防ぐ。
  • 誤用や原因不明の在庫の不一致を監視し、報告する。
  • パーソナルバーの清潔さ、商品のプレゼンテーションなど、すべての部屋の水準が最高度に等しいことを確認すること。

Impact of this role We are currently looking for a Personal Bar Attendant to join our team at Rosewood Miyakojima. Our Personal Bar Attendant is entrusted to maintain all guest rooms and suites personal bars in accordance with the standards required by the Director of Housekeeping. Key Responsibilities Ensure that all company brand standards are followed at all times. Work closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests. Contribute to the collective commitment of a unique guest experience - to create a sense of place. Support new members of the Personal Bar team. Report to work ensuring appearance and presentation meet the required standards. Collect key and devices from the Housekeeping office at your appointed starting time. Handle guests concerns and comments and find a proper resolution to ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure all pantries are stocked properly with correct supplies. Stock and replace missing items in guestrooms’ personal bar, inspect and clean the personal bar in accordance with departmental procedures and policies. Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet of personal bar products’ stocks and post to guest accounts via Unifocus. Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in proper working order. Ensure products in personal bar storages and guestrooms are not expired and follow the proper procedures to remove and replace those products as necessary prior to the expiration dates. Ensure proper rotation of all personal bar products to prevent losses by following the processes at all times. Monitor and report any misuse or unexplained stock discrepancies. Ensure that the standards of all rooms are equal to the highest degree of excellence, including cleanliness of the personal bar and products’ presentation. While on the floors all noise should be kept to a minimum such as closing doors and conversations. Rooms with a “Do not disturb” card should not be knocked or entered. Enter the status of DND rooms on KnowHousekeeping. While on the floor, all noise should be kept to a minimum such as closing doors and conversations. Must respond to all guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner. Attend training sessions both internal and external. Report all malfunctions in assigned areas to Engineering department. Follow up any reports taking further action if required. Report immediately any matters concerning the security of guestrooms to the Security department. Report anything suspicious to Security. Ensure safety and return of all key cards and devices. Report any loss of key card or device immediately to the Housekeeping office. Report any defects in the building, plant or equipment according to hotel procedure and follow-up accordingly. Critical Skills & Qualification Experience: Minimum one year of working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, preferably in Housekeeping department . General Skills: Detail-orientated, organized with excellent interpersonal skills. Language Skills: Intermediate in written and spoken Japanese is a must, another language is an advantage.
