Job Description

The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As a Butler, you will create highly personalised, intuitive experiences for our guests—anticipating needs, building genuine connections, and delivering service that feels effortless, thoughtful, and deeply human. This is a role for someone who takes pride in detail, discretion, and consistency, and who understands that true luxury lies in how a guest feels. A Chancery Rosewood Butler acts as a dedicated host for our suite guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay is seamless, meaningful, and memorable. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, offering personalised service that reflects each guest’s preferences and expectations.

  • Support arrivals, departures, in-suite dining experiences, and special occasions

  • Uphold the highest standards of privacy, presentation, and attention to detail at all times

  • Act as an ambassador for The Chancery Rosewood and Rosewood Hotel Group values

About You

  • Experience in a luxury hotel, private residence, or high-end hospitality environment is preferred

  • Naturally warm, polished, and emotionally intelligent with exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure

  • Confident communicator with a passion for personalised service

  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellence consistently

  • Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage

What We Offer

  • A culture rooted in relationship hospitality and personal growth

  • Competitive salary and benefits

  • Extensive learning and development opportunities within Rosewood Hotel Group

  • A supportive, inclusive, and values-led working environment
