Job Description

The In Room Dining Manager is responsible for the overall detailed operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the In-Room Dining operation, ensuring the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times. 
  • Implement and ensure compliance with all Food and Beverage and LQA standards. 
  • Ensure that the menus are always up to date, conforming prices with POS, and wines available
  • Act as a hands-on role model and provide operational support to the team.
  • Handles guest complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily and reporting immediately to the Manager in line.  
  • Lead and mentor the team to deliver exceptional, intuitive service with outstanding customer care.
  • Collaborate closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity for a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality is preferred.
  • Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team effectively.
  • Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. .
