Job Description

  • Guest Experience: Actively engage with hosts and guests to anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and create memorable, personalized event experiences.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and motivate the banquet team to maintain high engagement and professional growth, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Operational Management: Plan and execute all banquet functions with precision, including setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring adherence to Rosewood standards of luxury presentation and timing.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage cost controls, labor scheduling, and revenue optimization for banquet operations without compromising quality or brand standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Demonstrate market awareness and proactively develop strategies to enhance the property’s competitive advantage in the luxury events segment.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate closely with Culinary, F&B leadership, Sales, and Front Office to ensure seamless communication and flawless event delivery.
  • Innovation: Drive creativity in event design, personalized amenities, and bespoke setups that elevate the guest experience and reinforce Rosewood’s brand identity.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed, maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
