We are seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our team in Rosewood Villa Magna. Under the general direction of the Spa & Wellness Manager and local policies and procedures, handle guest requests in a friendly, effective, efficient and courteous manner at all times. The Spa & Wellness Receptionist function is to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction with specific responsibility for each guest’s experience including arrival, departure, the use of facilities and locker areas. 

Functions:

• Be responsible for the guest reservation experience. 
• Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding the spa menu, offerings, membership, and products, booking all appointments, checking guests into the system and billing for services received. 
• Promote Sense Spa members /guests with the highest level of services to increase sales and demand repeat business.
