Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your team, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the highest service standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing service flow, handling feedback, and continuously elevating standards.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue targets, proactively making improvements where needed.
- Work closely with culinary and beverage teams to curate an outstanding menu and dining experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

- At least two years in a similar leadership role within a high-profile restaurant.
- A natural host with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Able to motivate, support, and develop a high-performing team.
- Skilled at managing operations, budgets, and service excellence.
- Adaptable and forward-thinking , ideally with pre-opening experience and a keen eye on industry trends.
