The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
The Role
As a Revenue Analyst, you will play a key role in maximising revenue performance by analysing market trends, monitoring key business indicators, and providing insights to drive pricing and inventory strategies. Working closely with the commercial and operations teams, you will help shape data-driven decisions that enhance profitability and positioning within the luxury hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse market data, competitor pricing, and booking trends to support revenue optimization strategies.
- Monitor hotel performance metrics, including occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the development of pricing models and inventory management strategies.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies across departments.
About You
- Experience in revenue management, finance, or data analysis within hospitality or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and revenue management systems.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of working with large data sets.
- Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and strategic manner.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and a commercial mindset.
