THE TEAM

The global Rosewood Residences team focuses on delivering distinctive, service-led branded residential experiences that enrich everyday living and foster meaningful connections between people and place. The team supports residential developments across pre-opening, stabilization, and ongoing operations, contributing to culture activation, operational excellence, and long-term community success. This role collaborates closely with on-site residential leaders, culinary teams, and Food & Beverage professionals to deliver exceptional dining and beverage experiences that reflect Rosewood's commitment to refined, personalized service.

YOUR ROLE

As a Bartender at Rosewood Residences Lido Key, you are more than a mixologist—you are a gracious host and trusted curator of memorable beverage experiences. Through craftsmanship, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality, you bring Rosewood's philosophy of anticipatory service to life with every interaction.

Whether preparing a perfectly balanced classic cocktail, presenting an exceptional bottle of Champagne, recommending a rare spirit, or remembering a resident's favorite drink, you create personalized moments that feel effortless, refined, and genuinely welcoming.

Working alongside culinary, service, and leadership teams, you help shape an elevated food and beverage experience while building lasting relationships within our residential community.

Success in this role comes not only from crafting exceptional beverages, but from building lasting relationships, remembering personal preferences, and creating a genuine sense of belonging for every resident who visits the bar.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

Deliver personalized, anticipatory beverage service that reflects Rosewood brand standards and luxury residential hospitality.

Prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, wines, Champagne, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.

Guide residents and guests through cocktail, wine, Champagne, and spirits selections while offering thoughtful recommendations and food pairings.

Execute proper wine and Champagne service according to Rosewood standards.

Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness of the bar while ensuring garnishes, fresh juices, syrups, mise en place, and service tools are prepared to the highest standards.

Collaborate closely with culinary and service teams to create seamless dining and beverage experiences throughout the Bistro, Lounge, Pool Terrace, private residences, and special events.

Monitor inventory levels, maintain organization of bar products and equipment, and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.

Ensure accurate operation of the POS system while following all cash handling and beverage control procedures.

Foster meaningful relationships by recognizing resident preferences, celebrating special occasions, and delivering consistently personalized experiences.

Position requires prolonged standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and transporting beverage products and service equipment, and maintaining an active presence throughout the operation.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

You bring experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, private clubs, or other refined hospitality environments.

You possess a strong foundation in classic cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and Champagne service.

You communicate naturally and confidently while building genuine relationships with discerning residents and guests.

You thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.

You have a genuine passion for hospitality and continuously seek to expand your knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and luxury service.

Professional beverage certifications such as WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, BarSmarts, or equivalent are welcomed but not required.
