Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to begin your journey in the world of ultra-luxury lifestyle?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded Front Desk Trainee to join our Front Office team at Rosewood Amsterdam.

As a Front Desk Intern, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Front Office operations, learning the art of personalized service and attention to detail that defines Rosewood’s philosophy of A Sense of Place.

Job Duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

•  Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, and hotel features
• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Uphold the highest standards of appearance, conduct, and service in all guest interaction
