The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
A well-run operation starts with smart, strategic purchasing. As our Assistant Purchasing Manager, you will ensure that every product, from kitchen ingredients to luxury linens, meets the highest standards of quality, cost-efficiency, and sustainability. You will work across departments, manage vendor relationships, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and secure the best suppliers to maintain quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels, prevent shortages, and ensure every department has what it needs, when it needs it.
- Work closely with vendors, finance teams, and department heads to streamline purchasing processes.
- Monitor purchasing trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure budget alignment.
- Ensure all purchases meet ethical, legal, and sustainability standards while supporting the hotel’s eco-conscious initiatives.

- You understand procurement strategy and know how to balance cost, quality, and efficiency.
- You stay on top of stock levels, budgets, and supplier agreements with ease.
- You’re confident in securing the best value while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- You anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly, and keep things running smoothly.
- You work effortlessly with different teams, ensuring everyone has what they need to deliver excellence
