The Bellman is responsible to welcome guests to the hotel and assisting with their luggage upon arrival. They uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring all guest requests are handled promptly and courteously. In addition to luggage assistance, the Bellman manages mail and package distribution, responds to general inquiries, and maintains the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and hotel entrance. 

  • Responding to guest requests and inquiries through a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
  • Welcome arriving guests and assist with luggage transportation.
  • Transport departing guests’ luggage from rooms to vehicles (car/taxi) upon request.
  • Manage luggage storage, delivery, and collection efficiently.
  • Collect, distribute, and track mail and packages.
  • Assist the Duty Concierge during peak hours and breaks.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, transfer calls, and handle inquiries.
  • Ensure the lobby and hotel entrance remain clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills 
  • Fluency in German and English is preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to anticipate and understand guest needs to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Prior experience in a similar role or within luxury hospitality is preferred.
