ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Homeowner Associations and Private Residence Clubs and management of financials by ensuring timely posting, billing and payment processing. Duties will also include:
- Daily bank monitoring and timely posting of wire and cheque payments received to the proper accounts
- Weekly bank deposits
- Weekly accounts payable and related accounts receivable postings
- Weekly accounts payable payment processing
- Monthly credit card processing
- Monthly work order billings
- Monthly admin fee calculation and billing
- Monthly statement preparation and timely emailing to all owners
- Monthly allocations postings
- Monthly accounts payable statement reconciliations
- Monthly and quarterly reserve funding
- Ensure accurate owner billings and assist with collection and follow ups of overdue accounts.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting
- Monitoring and funding of bank account balances
- Assisting with preparations for quarterly and annual board meetings
- Assisting with necessary documents for external annual audits
- with lawyers and owners for resales.
- Timely responding to daily emails.
The incumbent will also carry out duties in accordance with standard operating procedures as issued by Senior Management.

· Strong and professional written and oral communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Excel
· Must be computer literate with good telephone etiquette and good written and verbal skills
· Must be able to work unsupervised and well under pressure
· Ability to work cohesively with other departments as part of a team
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education:
High School GED
2 years accounting degree preferred
Experience:
3-5 years applicable experience
Grooming:
All employees must maintain a neat, and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).

Other:
Must work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
This position will begin as part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time based on business needs and performance.
