As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.
THE TEAM
The Global Sales Organization (GSO) manages Rosewood’s most strategic, revenue‑driving accounts across all regions and segments. With teams based in key feeder markets around the world, GSO fosters deep client relationships and brings Relationship Hospitality to life through high‑impact sales initiatives, branded events, and partnership activations. This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Sales, Group and Entertainment and sits within the Eastern NORAM region, supporting global account strategy and cross‑regional collaboration.
YOUR ROLE
As Director, Global Sales, Eastern NORAM you will drive incremental meetings and events revenue from a dedicated portfolio of strategic global accounts across the Eastern NORAM region. You will generate new business, strengthen existing relationships, and ensure sales strategies align with property needs, especially in support of new hotel openings across the Americas. By managing a personal book of business, partnering closely with the Senior Director, and engaging clients through both in‑person and digital touchpoints, you will play a critical role in expanding Rosewood’s group business and elevating brand presence across the region.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets through strategic account management and proactive client engagement across the Eastern NORAM region.
- Monitor and manage a personal book of business to identify, convert, and grow group revenue opportunities for Rosewood’s global portfolio.
- Develop annual SMART strategic account plans; conduct biannual reviews to assess performance and uncover new opportunities.
- Prospect and generate new business through regional events, tradeshows, LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach, and collaboration with hotel teams.
- Lead client-facing activities including sales calls, FAM trips, tradeshows, and branded events to drive conversion and build brand awareness.
- Partner with Global Sales Organization colleagues to support cross-regional account management and strengthen global client relationships.
- Increase Rosewood’s visibility by participating in key industry organizations within the Eastern NORAM territory, particularly across corporate, intermediary, and site‑selection communities.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You bring 5+ years of global or luxury hotel sales experience, ideally representing multiple properties or brands.
- You have established relationships with corporate, intermediary, and site selection M&E buyers in Eastern NORAM—and a track record of delivering quick wins.
- You excel at account management and strategic planning, with a strong grasp of meetings & events sales dynamics.
- You hold (or are working toward) active membership in FICP and understand the insurance, financial, and life sciences sectors.
- You have strong business acumen and can interpret financial data to assess performance and drive strategy.
- You’re highly self‑motivated, able to operate independently, and bring both emotional intelligence and strategic thinking to your client interactions.
- You maintain a strong personal book of business and thrive in a relationship‑driven sales environment.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
