THE TEAM

You will be part of the Brand team, a global collective focused on shaping and expressing the Rosewood brand through compelling storytelling and visual identity. Reporting directly to the Chief Brand Officer, you will collaborate closely with brand marketing, communications, digital, CRM, and social media teams, as well as regional and property-level stakeholders.

YOUR ROLE

As ‘Director, Content, Global’ you will lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of content initiatives that elevate Rosewood’s brand presence across all channels. You will shape the voice and narrative of the brand, ensuring consistency and excellence in storytelling and visual cohesion. Managing a global team of content professionals, you will drive innovation, enhance guest engagement, and reinforce Rosewood’s position as a leader in luxury hospitality.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of content across all brand channels, ensuring alignment with Rosewood’s tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Oversee content creation for Brand.com and property websites, ensuring resonance with target audiences.
  • Develop long-lead editorial strategies that support regional relevance and lifestyle positioning.
  • Manage a global team of content professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Establish content guidelines and training programs to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and regional teams to build a compelling image bank and digital asset library.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing & Communications to identify strategic content partnerships.
  • Monitor content performance metrics to inform future strategies and best practices.

This position is open to candidates based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The salary range for this position is 125,000-135,000 Euros annually.
