About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Human Resources Intern to join us at Carlyle & Co. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure across the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and associates engagement.

As part of our Talent & Culture team, you will play a meaningful role in supporting our HR operations while contributing to the development of a unique and dynamic workplace within a global brand. This is an exciting chance to kick-start your HR career and be part of our journey in Hong Kong.

What You Will Do

• Support daily HR operations across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Assist in Talent & Culture initiatives, projects, and internal events
• Provide administrative support such as maintaining employee records and preparing HR documentation
• Assist in coordinating training and development activities
• Support employee communications and engagement initiatives
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

What You Need to Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• An outgoing, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse, multicultural workforce
• A creative mindset with a genuine interest in employee experience and workplace culture
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Strong command of Cantonese & English (spoken and written)
