Job Responsibilities:

• Assist patrons with inquiries, provide guidance on rules, etiquette, and skill improvement for golf. Help with bookings for driving range or group sessions, and offer personalized program recommendations.
• Support golf coaches in delivering lessons, clinics, and programs for golf.
• Aid in organizing and executing events such as golf tournaments, leagues, and social gatherings. Manage setup, check-in, scoring/timing, and post-event evaluations.
• Assist with daily operations, including driving range monitoring (e.g. safety checks). Collaborate with groundskeeping staff for optimal conditions.
• Promote golf programs and club Academy events to boost participation. Collect feedback to refine offerings and build a welcoming community.
• Maintain records of lessons and events. Prepare reports on participation metrics and assist with scheduling.
• Work closely with department staff, coaches, and Academy teams to integrate golf activities with broader club initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in golf (e.g., PGA) will be an advantage.
• Experience: 1–2 years in sports operations, coaching, or related roles involving golf. Practical experience in the sport (e.g., as a player or caddie) is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of golf, techniques, and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Ability to multitask in indoor/outdoor settings, including on-course environments.
• Passion for golf and sports in general.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and events.
