The Marketing Coordinator is responsible to assist the Marketing Manager in the daily task and coordination of the activities of the whole communications team. He/she should assist in achieving the hotel's marketing plan by coordinating the production of marketing materials, creating the marketing content, managing & updating social media accounts & websites, conducting marketing research and prepare reports using analysis tools to track and assess the performance of marketing campaigns. 

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of the same capacity, with a background in hospitality and should also have a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management. He/she should be collaborative, personable, organized, deadline driven and excellent with oral and written communications skills. 

Other standard responsibilities
  • Comply with the company policies
  • Knows all safety and emergency procedures of the hotel
  • Drive and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department
  • Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of any confidential documents, matters, and techniques
  • Should model the Company’s culture at all times
  • Take on other tasks as may be necessary or required
