Descripción del trabajo

OBJETIVO GENERAL DE TRABAJO:
 Ayudar al Contador Genera en el cumplimiento con todas las obligaciones fiscales de tipo Federal y Estatal de la empresa.

AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO
• Oficina de Contabilidad.
• Trabajar sobre varias condiciones de ruido
• Para su desempeño de sus funciones puede estar dentro o fuera de su área de trabajo (oficinas de contabilidad)

 REQUISITOS
1. Determinación mensual de pagos provisionales ISR, definitivo de IVA.
2. Calculo anual de ISR.
3. Declaraciones informativas de operaciones con terceros.
4. Presentar declaración mensual de retenciones de ISR e IVA.
5. Declaraciones anuales de Impuesto sobre la renta.
6. Diligencia ante las dependencias gubernamentales Federal, Estatal y municipal.
7. Elaboración de Cedulas de depreciación y amortización e integrarlas al cierre de cada mes.
8. Apoyar a su jefe inmediato en todas las actividades adicionales que se le encomienden en beneficio de su departamento y Hotel.
9. Cumplir con el Reglamento Interior del Trabajo.
10. Cumplir con los procedimientos y estándares establecidos por el Hotel.

DEBERES SECUNDARIOS
• Asistir en otras funciones de Contabilidad en caso de que le sean asignadas.

ESPECIFICACIONES ESTANDAR

HORARIO DE TRABAJO.
Se espera que el auditor trabaje en su horario establecido y esté disponible en el caso que su presencia sea requerida.
Se podría requerir modificar el horario de trabajo para producir los reportes de fin de mes según las fechas establecidas.

• Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública (Titulado)
• Experiencia: Mínimo 1 años en contabilidad fiscal, preferentemente en hoteles o empresas del sector turístico.
• Conocimientos: Actualización fiscal SAT, plataformas de declaración, CFDI, Conciliaciones.
• Software: Manejo de sistemas contable

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts® has been appointed by RLH Properties, a company created by BK Partners, to manage Rosewood Mandarina which will open in 2025 as Rosewood’s fourth property in Mexico.
