Role

We are currently looking for a Night Floor Porter to join our team of Housekeeping associates at Rosewood London. The Night Floor Porter is appointed to assist in maintaining our guest areas and housekeeping storage areas as well as fulfilling guest requests. This is role offers approximately 40 hours spread over 5 days per week working from 10.30pm to 7.00am.


Key expectations of this role are
  • Planning and arranging appropriate supplies in the pantries needed for the day.
  • Efficiently completing all tasks discussed with the Evening Supervisor
  • Ensuring all guest rooms, guest floors, public areas, fire exits, stairways, service areas and service rooms are maintained to the Hotel standards
  • Reporting progresses using the communications device provided.
  • Delivering guest requests in an efficient manner.

  • Paying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.
  • Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
  • Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
