We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Sales Intern to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team.

As an Event Sales Intern, you will support our efforts in promoting Rosewood Amsterdam as a premier destination for luxury meetings, groups, and events such as weddings and exclusive corporate gatherings. You will gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned professionals to create unforgettable experiences for our guests and clients.

Job Duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in managing inquiries and coordinating site visits for potential clients
•  Support the sales team with proposal creation, contract preparation, and follow-ups
• Help organize and attend client meetings and events to understand their needs
• Maintain and update the event sales database and CRM system
•  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of events
•  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and social media content related to events
