The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Within this, Tobi Masa will bring a refined and contemporary Japanese dining experience to Mayfair — showcasing craft, precision, and artistry at the highest level.

We are seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join the Tobi Masa culinary team. Working under the guidance of senior chefs, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen, delivering the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service, while supporting a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and respect. This role is due to start in June 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes to the highest standard.

• Maintain a clean and organised section at all times, in full compliance with HACCP standards.

• Follow recipes and technical sheets precisely, ensuring full knowledge of menu allergens and ingredients.

• Take pride and ownership in your section, supporting a culture of positivity and collaboration.

• Contribute to Rosewood Impacts by promoting sustainable practices and circular hospitality.
