Collaborate with the Banqueting Manager and Event Planners to ensure alignment and excellence across all touchpoints.
-
Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs with team members to encourage learning and continuous improvement.

-
You are confident leading a team in fast-paced, high-profile settings, with a natural ability to remain composed under pressure.
-
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
-
You communicate clearly and warmly, leading by example and creating a positive atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
