Descripción del trabajo

The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

Eagle Bar is a destination of effortless elegance, where chic interiors meet expansive roof terraces offering breath-taking views over Grosvenor Square and Hyde Park. A space that feels luxurious yet inviting, it is London’s definitive spot for those who appreciate the finer things.

As Floor Manager, you will be at the heart of this vibrant venue, leading the floor team to deliver seamless service, sophisticated energy, and unforgettable guest experiences. You will oversee the flow of operations, inspire your team with a visible leadership presence, and ensure that every moment at Eagle Bar reflects the creativity, style, and Forbes-level standards of The Chancery Rosewood.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the floor team to ensure exceptional daily operations.

  • Driving Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood service standards at every guest touchpoint.

  • Managing guest flow, reservations, and service pace to deliver an elevated atmosphere.

  • Acting as a visible leader on the floor, anticipating guest needs and personalising interactions.

  • Supporting training, development, and performance management in collaboration with the Bar Manager.

  • Handling guest feedback with professionalism and ownership, always striving for excellence.

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
