The Chancery Rosewood – opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As Loading Bay Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in the smooth day-to-day flow of goods into the hotel. You’ll be responsible for coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our loading bay operates safely and efficiently. Working closely with suppliers and internal departments, you’ll be the gatekeeper of our back-of-house logistics—keeping things running with precision and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or facilities environment

• Comfortable working with delivery schedules, basic systems, and documentation

• A clear communicator who works well under pressure and can adapt to last-minute changes

• Physically able to assist with unloading, when required, and committed to safe working practices
  
  

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the booking-in process for all deliveries to the hotel

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to schedule and receive deliveries

• Maintain records of goods in and out, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry

• Monitor the cleanliness and organisation of the loading bay area

• Support the wider purchasing and engineering teams as needed
