The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining and replenishing the mini bars across our guest suites, ensuring each offering reflects the exceptional standards of luxury and attention to detail synonymous with Rosewood.

You will ensure all items are stocked, presented beautifully, and accurately recorded, while working closely with the Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams to maintain seamless service throughout the hotel.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organisation, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish and maintain mini bars in guest rooms in line with hotel standards

• Ensure all products are presented neatly and consistently in each suite

• Accurately record mini bar consumption and update billing systems accordingly

• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to the relevant teams

• Work closely with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage colleagues to coordinate room access and service

• Ensure mini bar items are stored and handled in accordance with hygiene and safety standards

• Maintain a clean and organised service area and stock storage

Profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, housekeeping, or food & beverage operations preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining high standards

• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism

• A proactive and service-oriented approach

• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
