Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage to guests with precision and care, ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation consistently meet our guests’ expectations. 
• Engage professionally and warmly with guests when at the table, supporting service through clear communication and a confident understanding of dishes served. 
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless flow of service, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout. 
• Anticipate guest and service needs by supporting table maintenance, ensuring efficient clearing and resetting, and communicating any requirements to the wider team. 
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, mise en place, and service areas, ensuring everything is organised, stocked, and ready to support service excellence.
• Handle service challenges with composure and professionalism, escalating concerns where needed and ensuring the guest experience remains uninterrupted.
