THE TEAM

You will join our global Digital team, a group dedicated to transforming the digital customer experience across Rosewood Hotel Group. Within this team, the Digital Product function leads the strategy, development, and delivery of best‑in‑class digital experiences for Brand.com. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director, Digital Product, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners in Brand, Commercial, IT, CRM, Operations, and external agency teams.

 

YOUR ROLE

As Senior Manager, Digital Product, Global you will drive key digital initiatives across our owned digital platforms. You will play a central role in shaping and delivering customer‑facing web experiences by defining requirements, leading feature builds, and overseeing prioritized digital projects from concept to launch. Working across multiple functions, you will ensure that every release strengthens our digital ecosystem and supports Rosewood’s broader strategic goals.

 

Please note that this opportunity is offered as a fixed‑term contract of up to four months.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional digital projects and web feature builds, turning product vision into reality.
  • Partner with internal teams to define product concepts and content requirements.
  • Oversee development and UAT processes with external vendors to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
  • Support backlog grooming and prioritization to ensure platform enhancements deliver maximum business impact.
  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements and documentation for development teams.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage project timelines, scope, and risk mitigation throughout development.

 

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You bring 6+ years of experience delivering complex digital projects and feature launches for websites or apps.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, partnering effectively with cross‑functional business and property stakeholders.
  • You understand how web digital products are built, including platform architecture and assessing delivery risks.
  • You have experience in hospitality or luxury brands and appreciate what exceptional digital experiences require.
  • You are familiar with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise‑level CMS platforms.
  • You possess an agile, solutions‑oriented mindset—comfortable adapting quickly and challenging the status quo.
