- Acting as a first point of contact for all associates visiting the office.
- Supporting the Talent and Culture and Talent Development function.
- Building relationships with all associates to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business.
- Effectively communicating and prioritising tasks to meet expected dates of completion.
- Maintaining HR systems to ensure the accurate, lawful storing of data and ensuring compliance by conducting monthly audits.
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being highly organised and proactive in completing your tasks.
- Consistently working towards an exceptional level of attention to detail.
- The ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English through various communication channels.
