Program Overview

An accelerated learning journey offered by our Properties that deep dives into divisional excellence, designed for early career talents to excel in a team leadership role while making a meaningful impact on the guest experience.

Learning Objectives

• Develop divisional excellence and team leadership experience.

Required Qualifications

• Internally nominated or externally recruited
• Less than 3 years of post-graduate work experience
• Include both internal and external experiences
• Exclude internships
• Recent Graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Proficient in English (and local language if required)

Career Path

• Upon graduation, MTs will become Assistant Managers (level 4), they are also eligible for internal mobility across properties
• MT graduates are eligible to apply for the Global Future Leader (GFL) Program — a 15-month development program based at the Global Corporate Office to continue their growth at the corporate level.
