THE TEAM

You will join the Social Impact & Sustainability function, working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Brand & Communications, Talent & Culture, Finance, and Global Social Impact teams. This role is key to translating Rosewood’s global impact strategy into meaningful local action at Rosewood São Paulo.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Lead the implementation of social impact and sustainability initiatives at the property level.
• Develop and manage partnerships with NGOs, cultural institutions, and purpose-driven organizations.
• Optimize hotel processes to enhance social impact, operational sustainability, and circular economy practices.
• Engage and mobilize associates across departments to drive impact goals and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Brand & Communications to tell Rosewood São Paulo’s social impact story across internal and external channels.
• Partner with Talent & Culture to educate and engage associates on Social Impact, Sustainability, and DEI initiatives.
• Work alongside Engineering, Operations, and Finance to embed sustainability into day-to-day operations.
• Analyze social impact data and key metrics, transforming insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports for local leadership and the Global Social Impact team.
• Support global initiatives, ad hoc research, and climate and sustainability advisory projects.
• Monitor market trends and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for innovation and impact.
  
  

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• 5+ years of experience in Social Impact, Sustainability, CSR, or related fields (hospitality experience is a strong advantage).
• Hands-on professional with the ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver end-to-end projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with experience adapting complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field; postgraduate studies are a plus.
• Strong interest in profits-with-purpose, sustainability, and positive societal impact.
• Experience in program or project design is desirable.
