1. Operations & Service

• Perform daily setup and closing duties, ensuring tables and service areas are clean and well-prepared
• Deliver food and beverage service according to established service standards
• Ensure accuracy in order taking, using POS systems effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and service procedures

2. Guest Experience

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests
• Demonstrate good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Offer appropriate recommendations and promote upselling opportunities
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Handle basic guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary

3. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
• Support colleagues during peak hours to maintain efficient service flow
• Communicate effectively with supervisors on guest needs and operational updates
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented working environment

• Ensure all service is delivered in line with luxury hospitality standards
• Maintain grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance at all times
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
• Support culturally authentic service aligned with Chinese dining traditions

• Minimum 1-2 years management experience in restaurant service, preferably in Chinese or upscale dining
• Basic knowledge of Chinese cuisine and dining etiquette is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Fluency in Cantonese and basic English (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Shift duty and work on public holidays will be required
