THE TEAM

As part of the global Commercial Team, which focuses on driving revenue growth and strategic account management across all regions and market segments, the Coordinator, Global Sales supports the Global Sales Organization (GSO). Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Sales, APAC, this role collaborates closely with regional sales directors, hotel teams, and corporate stakeholders to support key sales initiatives and client engagement.


YOUR ROLE

You will play a vital role in enabling revenue generation through strategic and operational support to the Directors of Global Sales. From managing client servicing and reporting to coordinating sales activations and events, your contributions will help improve team efficiency, drive innovation in client engagement, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives across APAC and beyond.


HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Provide direct sales support including development of presentations, quarterly business review decks, and sales trip itineraries and reports.
  • Manage incoming sales inquiries, VIP and reservation requests, and coordinate follow-up with hotel teams and corporate offices.
  • Maintain and update sales resource databases including Salesforce, and manage group inquiries and leisure RFPs.
  • Plan and execute client events, sales missions, and tradeshows, including post-event reporting and processing of finance/legal documentation.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting dashboards for strategic accounts and Elite agencies using Revintel and internal systems.
  • Support the APAC GSO and VP of Global Sales with data insights and reporting to inform strategy and performance.

 

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You’re highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and you use your analytical skills to create impactful reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
  • You bring experience with social media platforms and marketing tools like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Prezi, Beautiful.ai, or Canva, and you use them to craft engaging client-facing materials.
  • You have project management experience and are familiar with sales technologies such as Salesforce, Cvent/Lanyon, Delphi, Opera, and Revintel, helping you stay organized and efficient.
  • You communicate clearly and persuasively, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You’re service-oriented and proactive, always ready to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about creating meaningful connections with colleagues and clients.
  • You’re fluent in English and ideally Mandarin and Cantonese, enabling you to build meaningful connections across diverse markets and cultures.
