THE TEAM

You will be part of the Corporate Communications team, a strategic function that shapes the voice and reputation of Rosewood Hotel Group. Reporting to Director, Corporate Communications, Global, this role works closely with internal stakeholders, media partners, and external agencies to deliver impactful messaging and elevate the brand across global markets.

YOUR ROLE

As Manager, Corporate Communications, you will implement a full spectrum of communications strategies that enhance Rosewood’s brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and reputation. From media relations and crisis communications to thought leadership and content development, your work will ensure our messaging is aligned with business priorities and resonates across diverse audiences.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Execute strategic communications programs that enhance corporate reputation and visibility.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with media and key stakeholders to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
  • Support crisis communications and issue management, including media monitoring and protocol implementation.
  • Develop bilingual content (Traditional Chinese & English) for senior executives, including speeches, press releases, and presentations.
  • Manage the corporate website and LinkedIn account, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and coordinate executive participation in key business events and conferences.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You are fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with the ability to craft persuasive and culturally relevant content for diverse audiences.
  • You bring a professional background in PR or communications, with experience in both agency and corporate environments—hospitality experience is a plus.
  • You’re internationally minded, agile, and thrive in fast-paced environments where excellence is the standard.
  • You have strong relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset, enabling you to manage complex communications challenges with confidence.
  • You’re skilled in data analysis and presentation, using insights to inform and elevate communications strategies.
  • You have experience in budget planning and managing social media and website content with precision and creativity.
