Rosewood Hotel Georgia, a Rosewood Hotel, is looking for an exceptional and multi-talented Talent & Culture Coordinator. The Talent and Culture Coordinator is responsible for creating, updating, and applying all T&C policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards. The main point of contact for the Talent and Culture office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
- Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level daily.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
- Always maintain positive associate relations.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Maintain knowledge of all hotel services/features and hours of operation.
- Access all functions of a computer.
- Set up a workstation with necessary supplies and resource materials.
- Complete supply requisitions and submit to Manager, stock office supplies upon receipt.
- Answer the telephone.
- Greet all associates arriving at the office and assist with their needs.
- Assistant and maintain filing procedures.
- Maintaining physical and digital files for associates and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
- Prepare and send faxes; receive and distribute faxes to appropriate personnel.
- Monthly audit and benefits reconciliation and submit invoices into Birchstreet and backups to accounting.
- Type correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with enrollment benefits, benefit questions, and annual enrollment.
- Process paperwork for separations/terminations.
- Respond to requests for reference checks on previous Associates.
- Process requests for Associate personal usage rooms.
- Review status of incomplete work and follow-up actions with the Talent and Culture Director and Assistant Director of Talent and Culture.
- All other duties as required.

- Work with minimal supervision; maintain the confidentiality of associate and guest information and pertinent hotel data.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; ADP Workforce Now, ADP Time and Attendance, Unifocus, and ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute.
Language: Required to speak, read, and write English, with fluency in Spanish highly preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting 20 pounds, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and co-workers to their understanding.
Education: High school diploma, some college coursework
Experience: Minimum of two years’ clerical or secretarial experience, preferably in a Human Resources environment within hospitality industry.
The pay scale for this position is between $25.00 and $27.00/hour. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay.
