The Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and developing strategic account relationships for Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea across either the Leisure or Corporate segment, as assigned. Based in Riyadh, this role requires regular travel to both destinations, as well as domestic and international market trips as needed.

The Sales Manager plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing partnerships, conducting proactive sales initiatives, and representing both properties with refinement, confidence, and a sense of place. This position requires excellence in sales calls, client visits, entertainment, and consistent reporting to ensure full visibility of market activities and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for assigned segment.

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across KSA, GCC, and international markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, agencies, and intermediaries.

  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and entertainment activities in line with brand standards.

  • Represent both properties at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events.

  • Collaborate closely with on-property Sales, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams.

  • Maintain accurate sales activity records, reports, and forecasts using Salesforce.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales (Leisure or Corporate).

  • Strong market knowledge and established network within KSA and GCC.

  • Proven ability in proactive sales, account development, and client relationship management.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to support sales activities as required.
