OUR PURPOSE AND CULTURE

We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact.

As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.

THE TEAM

You’ll join Rosewood’s regional Clienteling function, reporting to the Clienteling Director and partnering closely with Regional VPs, property Managing Directors and their leadership teams, and clienteling leaders across your region. The team is deeply connected to our properties, enabling consistency in clienteling standards while empowering local teams to build distinctive, place‑led relationships with our most valuable clients.

YOUR ROLE

As Regional Relationship Manager, you will own a substantial portfolio of Rosewood’s most valuable regional clients and elevate loyalty through a personalised, targeted approach. Your work directly drives client satisfaction, retention, repeat business, and revenue—ensuring clients feel valued, understood, and deeply connected to our brand.

You will curate memorable relationship moments—from tailored outreach and thoughtful gifting to hosting regional events—while providing guidance and training to clienteling leaders across properties to ensure consistency and excellence. In partnership with the Clienteling Director, you’ll translate insights into operational and tactical plans, formulate acquisition strategies, and explore brand collaborations and partnerships that unlock new growth.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Own and manage a diverse, high‑value client portfolio, tailoring engagement to deepen relationships and drive retention and repeat business.
  • Develop and execute daily/weekly outreach strategies, updating and educating key stakeholders on priority clients and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyse and review client reports and regional performance, identifying risks, efficiency improvements, and new opportunities to meet objectives.
  • Co‑develop operational and tactical action plans with the Clienteling Director, including acquisition strategies, brand collaborations, and partnerships.
  • Curate and host regional events and activations and proactively implement personalised gifting programs, also supporting properties on their own events.
  • Coach, support, and train clienteling leaders across properties, ensuring consistent processes, effective onboarding, and a collaborative regional network.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You’re a natural relationship builder with proven experience in relationship management or sales within a global luxury organization.
  • You understand the luxury sector—its products, standards, and the expectations of discerning clients.
  • You’re proactive and forward‑thinking, comfortable with ambiguity, and you use creativity and resourcefulness to elevate client experiences and operations.
  • You’re data‑driven and commercially astute, proficient in Excel for analysis and reporting, and you translate data and financial metrics into clear actions.
  • You manage projects end‑to‑end, delivering on time, in scope, and on budget.
  • You’re a strong networker and communicator, able to build wide professional relationships and communicate in excellent written and spoken English.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
