Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Involve in all-rounded Talenet and Culture (Human Resources) services including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits administration and daily Talent and Culture operations
  • Execute full life-cycle of recruitment, including manpower sourcing, conducting interviews, selection process and onboarding arrangement
  • Explore and develop effective ways of recruitment channels and tools for enhancing and improving the recruitment performance
  • Involve in the contingency development of update associate benefit and Talent and Culture policy
  • Assist in monthly payroll administration to ensure it is accurate and on a timely basis
  • Assist in organizing culture & service campaign and maintain associate relations by actively participating and organizing activities
  • Manage the general Talent and Culture office administration relating to maintenance, services, equipment and stationary / office movement
  • Ensure all established Talent and Culture records are updated and maintained in the strictest confidence
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Hotel, Tourism, Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Passionate, proactive, customer-oriented, flexible and creative
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Competence in MS Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Talent and Culture Officer/ Talent and Culture Assistant
