Role

We are currently looking for a Talent and Culture Coordinator to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Talent and Culture Coordinator is appointed to ensure the smooth running of the Talent and Culture office with a clear focus on the experience of all associates visiting the office. This role plays an integral part in fostering a culture of relationship hospitality within the hotel. 

Key expectations of this role are:

Acting as a first point of contact for all associates visiting the office. 
Supporting the Talent and Culture and Talent Development function. 
Building relationships with all associates to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business.
Effectively communicating and prioritising tasks to meet expected dates of completion.
Maintaining HR systems to ensure the accurate, lawful storing of data and ensuring compliance by conducting monthly audits.

Profile

The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
Being highly organised and proactive in completing your tasks.
Consistently working towards an exceptional level of attention to detail.
The ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English through various communication channels.
