The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces that provide a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Porter to join our Housekeeping team and support the smooth daily operation of the hotel. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in delivering the exceptional standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Room Attendants by delivering linen, amenities, and supplies to guest floors

• Ensure pantries, service areas, and corridors are kept clean, organised, and well stocked

• Collect used linen, waste, and recycling in line with hotel procedures

• Assist with guest requests where appropriate and direct enquiries to the relevant department

• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards at all times

• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless service

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred but not essential

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

• Flexible to work a rota including weekends and public holidays
