What You Will Do:

  • Perform business analysis activities for technology initiatives, including system enhancements and new solutions, with a focus on Club Management Systems (e.g. membership, billing, booking, and customer engagement)
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, pain points, and expectations
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases for development and implementation teams
  • Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and solution intent
  • Work with external vendors and solution providers to clarify requirements, review proposed solutions, and support delivery from a BA perspective
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating test execution with users, and managing defect tracking and resolution
  • Provide hands‑on support during testing and implementation phases to ensure solutions meet business requirements

What You Should Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of experience in business analysis
  • Hands‑on experience with Club Management Systems or similar platforms such as membership, billing, CRM, or booking systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Agile and flexible, able to adapt to changing environments
