THE TEAM


You will be part of the Residences division at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, working closely with a dedicated, service‑driven team overseeing Front Office, Bellmen, Housekeeping, and Engineering functions within the residential tower. You will report directly to the Director of Residences, collaborating daily with operational departments to ensure an exceptional and seamless luxury living experience for all residents.


YOUR ROLE


As the Residences Front Office Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of Rosewood Abu Dhabi Residences, ensuring an elevated standard of service delivery, maintenance excellence, and unwavering adherence to Rosewood brand expectations. You will serve as the primary liaison for residents, leading your team to deliver personalized support and ensuring all operational, financial, and administrative elements run smoothly. Your leadership will directly influence resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall success of the Residences division.


HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE


  • Uphold Rosewood service standards by ensuring consistent, ultra‑luxury experiences across all resident touchpoints.
  • Oversee and coordinate resident requests, services, and amenities with cross‑functional departments.
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas, amenities, and apartments to ensure optimal upkeep and maintenance.
  • Resolve resident concerns and service or maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and contract registrations while maintaining accurate inventory and occupancy records.
  • Support budget planning, revenue optimization, and financial reporting for the Residences division.


COULD THIS BE YOU?


  • You bring at least 3 years of hotel experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role—ideally in luxury or ultra‑luxury hospitality.
  • You understand residential or real estate operations and can comfortably navigate lease processes and occupancy management.
  • You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with calm, sound judgment.
  • You excel in communication and interpersonal interactions, building trust with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • You are financially savvy, with a solid understanding of budgeting principles, payroll, and purchasing controls.
  • You thrive in both team‑based and independent environments, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
