Position Overview
Rosewood AMAALA, part of the ultra-luxury Red Sea Global destination, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Talent & Culture Officer to join our pre-opening team. This role will be integral in supporting all Talent & Culture functions, ensuring seamless associate experiences, compliance with policies, and alignment with Rosewood’s guiding philosophy of A Sense of Place®. The Talent & Culture Officer will assist in recruitment, onboarding, associate engagement, training coordination, and T&C administration, playing a pivotal role in cultivating a culture of excellence and rare hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition efforts by coordinating job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, ensuring new associates are warmly welcomed and properly oriented.
- Serve as the first point of contact for associate inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Assist in planning and executing associate engagement activities, recognition programs, and cultural events to strengthen morale and team spirit.
- Coordinate training logistics, attendance tracking, and learning records.
- Provide administrative support to Learning & Development initiatives and Talent Reviews.
- Maintain accurate associate records in HRMS and personnel files in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Prepare T&C reports, letters, and documentation as required.
- Play a critical role in pre-opening HR activities including mass recruitment events, onboarding schedules, and associate accommodation readiness.
- Support the Talent & Culture leadership team in building HR systems, policies, and processes for smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within luxury hospitality.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems, recruitment platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with high cultural sensitivity and integrity.
- Pre-opening experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage.
