We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our Finance team at Rosewood Amsterdam.

As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the financial operations of an ultra-luxury hotel, working alongside an experienced team that supports all aspects of accounting, reporting, and cost control. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your financial acumen while contributing to the successful opening and ongoing operations of Rosewood’s first property in the Netherlands.

Job Duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Support daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and cost analyses
• Participate in budget tracking and forecasting activities
• Help monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives across departments
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the hotel’s financial systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial documentation and compliance
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and contribute to process improvement projects
• Gain exposure to internal controls, audits, and corporate finance policies
