OUR PURPOSE AND CULTURE
We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact.
As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.
THE TEAM
Cultivating a strong global sales culture, our Commercial team connects and aligns disciplines across the Rosewood organization. Working in close partnership with Commercial, Global Sales, Distribution and Property Directors of Sales & Marketing, the team ensures clarity, consistency and excellence throughout our global portfolio. This role reports to the Senior Director of Commercial, with dotted-line partnerships across Global Sales and Distribution.
YOUR ROLE
As Director of Sales Operations, you are the steward of our global sales ecosystem — ensuring our systems, processes, and programs empower teams to perform at their best. You will shape and lead initiatives that elevate sales effectiveness, strengthen capability, and reinforce Rosewood’s distinctive approach to relationship‑led selling.
Working closely with Commercial Leadership and cross‑functional partners, your insight‑driven approach will influence global standards, optimize tools and processes, and support sustainable commercial growth across both property and above‑property teams worldwide.
Please note, this role can be located in Amsterdam or the UK.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Refine and enhance sales processes to strengthen efficiency, consistency, and performance across the portfolio
- Establish and maintain sales system SOPs aligned with Rosewood standards, supported by regular property audits and best‑practice guidance
- Lead global sales training to reinforce culture, increase conversion and build value‑based, relationship‑focused selling capability
- Optimize sales tools and resources — including Salesforce, Cvent and Visiting Media — ensuring they support the full customer journey
- Oversee global sales incentive programs and relaunch the cross‑selling program to foster collaboration and shared success
- Translate sales data into actionable insights that inform deployment, structure, and strategy
- Partner with commercial analytics and sales systems teams to define data governance and reporting standards
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You bring significant experience in sales operations or commercial leadership, ideally within luxury or ultra‑luxury hospitality
- You have deep expertise in sales enablement platforms — and Salesforce is your strong suit
- You excel at designing global processes, training programs and incentive frameworks that drive performance
- You have strong analytical capability and a disciplined, insight‑driven approach to decision‑making
- You are a collaborative partner able to influence across cultures, functions, and seniority levels
- You communicate with clarity, discretion and presence — and you know how to bring people along with you
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
