Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Food & Beverage to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. The ideal candidate will drive the Food & Beverage vision and create exceptional programming and experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management and coordination of all food and beverage operations, ensuring quality and service standards are met.
  • Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the restaurants, bar, event operations and in-room dining.
  • Maximises associate productivity through the use of multi-skilling and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
  • Analyses business performance strategically to facilitate accurate and meaningful forecasting, involving the respective Department Heads as appropriate.  
  • Be responsible for managing labour costs within budget across the function.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiencies, in-crease revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction.
