KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Job Summary –

The Director of Rooms is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Rooms Division in a hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Recreation, Spa. This leadership role ensures that the hotel provides a high level of customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability while maintaining brand standards.

The Resort offers 375 pool villas with a configuration of 3 & 4 bedrooms. New World Phu Quoc Resort luxuriously reflects all the charm of the verdant Vietnamese island that is proving an increasingly irresistible lure to visitors from around the world.
